Minister Jacobs Attends Brown Pelican Sports Awards Ceremony
COLEBAY, Sint Maarten —Â The 2nd annual St. Maarten Brown Pelican Sports Awards (SBPSA) ceremony, honoring local athletes and sporting legends, was held on November 13, at Princess Port-de-Plaisance under the tent.
